    Spirit Airlines is seeking an Systems and Procedures Analyst for our Support Center in Miramar, FL.  This role develops, maintains and communicates airport services policies and procedures by executing timely and effective communication with clear, well written guidance that meets company standards and complies with regulatory requirements.


    Periodic review of required regulatory programs to ensure accuracy, standardization, and compliance. Coordinate revisions, updates, and modifications to maintain program currency and integrity.


    Responsible to continuously review, update, and maintain accuracy of the following:

    • Station Operations Manual (SOM)
    • Carry-On Baggage Program (COB);
    • Exit Seat Program (ESP);
    • Hazardous Materials Program (Hazmat);
    • Contract of Carriage
    • General Reference
    • Station form and tag inventory


    Guest Service Memorandums (GSM): Analyze process, develop and issue (GSMs) to ensure Airport Services personnel are informed of policy or procedural changes in a timely manner.


    Provide business requirements for the development of new systems to be used by Airport Services personnel. Complete user testing and develop procedures for the use of these new systems.  


    • Bachelor’s Degree preferred
    • At least two years’ airline experience required with five years preferred.
    • Occasional travel required - 25%.
    • Ability to sit for extended periods (computer work.)
    • Maintain excellent verbal and written communications skills.
    • Demonstrate strong technical skills, organizational skills and must be detail oriented.
