The Brand Manager is responsible for shepherding the integrity of our brand guidelines in external and internal assets and communications as well as with our partners and vendors. Working closely with e-Commerce, Inflight, HR, Airport Services and other internal stakeholders, the Brand Manager is responsible for design of all branded assets to ensure consistency of our brand, voice and design across all Guest and Team Member touch points. The Brand Manager oversees the work of agencies, printers and other vendors in the development and delivery of branded assets. This individual is detail oriented and is able to interact with people at all levels of Spirit as well as with outside partners.
Provide multi-channel creative insight and direction.
Direct accountability for strategic projects involving the Spirit Brand.
Work in cooperation with other Spirit teams to ensure they can deliver their products with the appropriate Spirit band values.
Establish global standards for advertising creative, brand voice.
Ensure all customer touch points are consistent with the Spirit brand.
Internal stakeholder for advertising, brand and email related projects with IT.
Possess a high degree of initiative and the ability to manage multiple tasks under dynamic deadlines.
Exceptional planning, written and oral communication, and reporting skills.
Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work comfortably with other functional departments and at all levels.
Ability to work both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
Ability to remain flexible to changing business needs.
Experience working with agencies and other partners.
Background in graphic design, marketing, creative.
Ability to drive business requirements.
