This Sr. HR Generalist is based out of the Detroit Station and supports assigned business units on ‘first level’ Employee Relations issues. We are seeking a proactive communicator and change agent, who can successfully balance employee needs with business objectives to create integrated solutions. With directional support from HR leadership and HR Centers of Excellence, the HRBP acts as a consultative business leader for company management to ensure effective alignment of HR support with strategic organizational objectives.
