Spirit is seeking a Senior Manager of Emergency Response & Recovery to join our safety team. This role manages the emergency response and recover policies, procedures, and programs to ensure compliance with regulations and company standards. Key functions of this role are Emergency management, disaster management, family assistance management, and leadership to ensure proper actions are carried out during the response to airport emergencies, natural disasters, aviation accidents or incidents. This role will also manage the Spirit's Special Assistance Team (SAT) Family Assistance program, including its response to passengers and team members.
