  • Overview

    The 401k and LOA Mgmt Benefits managers' primary role is to handle all issues related to the employee 401k and Leave plans. 

    Responsibilities

    • Ensure compliance of all plans and programs with governmental regulatory agencies.
    • Manage vendors to ensure services are delivered within contractual agreements.
    • Manage the selection, training and development of benefits staff who administer benefit programs and respond to employee inquiries.
    • Propose cost and time efficient changes to benefits programs, manage the annual benefit budgets.
    • May perform other responsibilities as assigned. Responsibilities and duties may change due to operational needs.

    Qualifications

    • Minimum five to ten years relevant experience.
    • Excellent analytical, interpersonal and organizational skills.
    • Bachelor’s degree required.
    • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
    • Strong written communication and proofreading skills.
