    We are currently seeking additional Contractors as experienced IT Operations Systems Admins with the ability to start as soon as possible providing additional bandwith and support working on the IT Operations Control (ITOC) team during our busiest time of the year thru the Holiday season. As a contractor, you will proactively take ownership of support requests reported by our end users, client support team, and other business teams to resolve, escalate, or identify further action required to provide resolution.


    To be able to quickly ramp up and immediatebly be successful in this role, our ideal ITOC Admin Contractor's will have hands-on experience with a wide range of technologies, operating systems, networking concepts and a desire to continuously improve upon that knowledge as an IT professional with at least 3+ years working in a highly technical role where you will be focused on administering and supporting systems spanning for our dynamic, multi-site environment.



    • Perform daily system monitoring, verifying the integrity and availability of all systems, reviewing system and application logs, and verifying completion of scheduled jobs such as backups.
    • Define, prioritize, and resolve all support requests in an organized, efficient and expedited fashion.
    • Administration and monitoring of corporate and managed services cloud-based systems.
    • Development, maintenance, and usage of automation scripts using Bash, PowerShell, Python, etc.
    • Assist with patch management in Development / QA and Production environments.
    • Create and maintain configuration documentation, as well as system and operations documentation.
    • Create and maintain IT configuration and knowledgebase documentation.
    • Produce, maintain and update knowledgebase documentation.
    • May perform other responsibilities as assigned. Responsibilities and duties may change due to operational needs.


    • 5+ years’ experience working at a Help Desk, Technical Call Center, NOC or equivalent environment.
    • Associates degree in Computer Information Systems, or related field or equivalent work experience
    • Experience working with NOC tools, network management systems, escalation procedures, and other monitoring applications a plus
    • Driven, high-energy, self-starter; comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic, and high-growth environment
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
    • Ability to identify inefficiencies and provide solutions to improve our systems and processes.
    • One year of experience identifying, troubleshooting and resolving technical problems using critical thinking and analytical skills, preferably in a service provider environment.
    • Solid understanding of Windows administration and application resource utilization monitoring.
    • Solid understanding of network concepts and troubleshooting skills, DNS, IP and network hardware
    • Experience with Microsoft Infrastructure – Active Directory domains, DNS, DHCP, Windows Security, Group Policies, etc.
    • Knowledge of cloud platforms and virtualization software, Azure, AWS, Hyper-V and VMWare
    • Basic Understanding Load-balancers, web sessioning and be able to troubleshoot issues involving the same.
    • Able to support a 24x7x365 staffing model which includes weekends and holidays.
    • Ability to communicate clearly in verbal and written form.
