  • Overview

    Increase loyalty program revenue and deliver cost efficiencies across all applicable channels to assist in the development, enhancements and management of Spirit’s loyalty programs. In this role, you will analyze program performance to provide insights that help to drive initiatives that increase acquisition and retention, grow current loyalty partnerships and launch new partners that drive value to members. This includes working with internal and external stakeholders to execute and administer all mileage related promotions and programs such as Guest Insights, Guest Relations, Agency vendors with IT and other systems to manage program & partner related elements.


    • Work with the Loyalty and Cobrand Manager on initiatives that drive incremental revenue, increase sign ups, retain members, and increase program engagement.
    • Strategize and collaborate with partners to promote offers that will increase membership enrollment and engagement in addition to uncovering cost saving measures in all new and ongoing projects. 
    • Manage existing partners and implement new Loyalty partner relationships working with Business Development on partner agreements, lead the program launch and ongoing relationships and fulfillment of partner marketing commitments.
    • Utilize internal business tools to create reports, track, and analyze programs and partner performance. Manage all mileage fulfillment and requirements relative to partner and other loyalty initiatives.
    • Own the miles certificate processes with internal stakeholders and Marketing Agency. Administer and ensure accuracy of monthly partner invoices.
    • Liaison with Guest Relations, IT and Reservations on miles processes, guest escalations and feedback.
    • Coordinate all partner communication initiatives, review and approve partner creative and communications, ensure adherence to Spirit’s brand integrity and regulatory/legal compliance.
    • Work with Spirit email Marketing team on partner dedicated emails and other marketing efforts and also work with IT Content Management on website updates relative to partners and other Loyalty projects.
    • Partner with legal and additional business stakeholders to identify any new regulatory guidelines and proactively avoid regulatory issues with partner initiatives and loyalty efforts and help mitigate legal or regulatory concerns as needed.
    • May perform other responsibilities as assigned. Responsibilities and duties may change due to operational needs.


    • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or related fields of study. 
    • 3-5 years of related & demonstrated hands on experience in the following areas:
      • Partner Management & Resource Planning: Demonstrated success effectively managing multiple partner relationships while building and maintaining relationships at all levels, collaborating with others across business, function, geographical boundaries and with third party vendors.
      • Communications:  Strong abilities in written and verbal communications, crafting messaging and expressing intent powerfully and simply with an acute attention to detail to ensure accuracy and understanding of message.
      • Analytical: Demonstrated experience gathering and using relevant data to measure effectiveness, identify status, patterns, issues, trends and root causes and using data to develop solutions. Ability to present data-based insights powerfully and simply to create shared understanding and commitment to action/solution.
      • Process Orientation:  Highly driven for perfection in design and execution, organized, disciplined and enthusiastic about managing and measuring process. 
      • Rigorous Execution: Strong attention to detail, time/project management and organization skills with proven ability to successfully balance multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
      • Team Player:  Seeks to deeply understand needs (not just wants) and partners effectively with all levels of team members to influence effectively and create seamless collaboration. 
      • Trustworthy & Guest-Focused: Possess a high level of integrity, confidentiality, ethics and discretion. Dedicated to understanding Guest needs and meeting them without adding costs and complexity helping guests to easily adapt to standard processes to achieve outcomes.
      • Budgeting & Planning: Must have a high proficiency using Excel in addition to other tools used to forecast revenue and manage costs.
